    COMMON CBD QUESTIONS
    Have a CBD-related question?

Well if you have then here at CBD One, we've got you covered.

Here's our list of 67 of the most common CBD questions asked in 2021, based on the number of search queries within Google.co.uk.

    General CBD Questions

    What Is CBD Oil?

CBD Oil is a non-psychoactive oil extract taken from the Cannabis (or Hemp) plant. CBD stands for Cannabidiol, one of many cannabinoids found in the plant.
There are estimated to be over a hundred cannabinoids in the plant. We use strains specifically chosen for their naturally high CBD level and quality.
It is important to point out that our products are entirely different from “Hempseed Oil” you can find in many high street stores and online. Whilst our CBD oil is made by extracting it from the whole plant whereas “Hempseed Oil” is made by pressing the seeds. Hempseed oil has many fantastic properties, but these are entirely different to CBD Oil.

    What Does CBD Stand For?

CBD stands for cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is one of the many cannabinoids, or chemical compounds, found in marijuana and hemp plants.

In fact, there are 113 identified cannabinoids, and CBD is just one of them. CBD is extracted from the plant and then consumed as either an oil tincture or in a water-soluble solution.

Is CBD Oil Legal In The UK?

Yes, it is. For CBD Oil to be legal in the UK, it must contain very low (trace) levels of THC, which is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

The THC limit is often wrongly stated to be 0.2%, which is a common misunderstanding. The 0.2% limit refers to the growing plant only - not the final product. Cannabis oil with a high THC content is not allowed in the UK, but our CBD oil is legal, having passed rigorous quality checks and being produced under ISO22000 standards.

    Is CBD Oil Safe?

CBD is considered exceptionally safe. As we manufacture to extremely high standards and always verify our cannabinoid profile, you can be confident using any of our products.

Beware of any supplier who cannot verify their products; you have no idea what you are consuming otherwise.

We do advise if you have never used CBD before to always start small and work your way up. Furthermore, if you are already taking any form of medication – consult your doctor or healthcare professional beforehand.

Can You Buy CBD Oil In UK?

CBD oil is growing in popularity in the UK. You can buy CBD oil from many health food shops and from specialist CBD shops such as CBD One.
For CBD oil to be legal in the UK, it cannot contain high levels of THC, the psychoactive compound.

Can You Get CBD On Prescription?

You do not need a prescription to use CBD oil. It is available over the counter as a health food supplement or food. You can purchase it online or in specialist stores.

Since research into cannabinoids is ongoing, we could soon see more pharmaceutical products containing cannabinoids available on prescription to help treat a range of conditions. Two examples already on the market are Epidiolex and Sativex, though it is important to note that these are different to over-the-counter CBD supplements.

    Does CBD Get You High?

No, CBD does not make you high. Since CBD does not contain any of the psychoactive substance THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) it cannot make you feel high.

While CBD does not make you high, many users report positive results when using CBD products. The exact experience will vary from person to person.

Does CBD Oil Show Up In A Drug Test?

CBD shouldn’t show up on a drug test, however, some CBD oils contain trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis, this could - at least in theory - potentially show up on a drug test because standard drug tests are designed to look for THC.

However, this is unlikely to be a problem as the THC content is extremely low.

Does CBD Show Up On A Hair Follicle Test?

CBD will not show up in a hair follicle test because the test isn’t designed to look for it.

However, since CBD oil can contain trace amounts of THC, this could in theory show up in a hair follicle test, but is extremely unlikely. As long as you are purchasing your CBD oil from a reputable supplier, there should be no issues.

Does CBD Show Up On A Blood Test?

It would be very unusual for CBD to show up on a blood test. Blood testing looks for different things, including THC, which is the psychoactive compound in cannabis. It would be unusual for a blood test to be designed to look for CBD.

    Does Hemp Oil Contain CBD?

This depends on whether the hemp oil is extracted from the plant or the seeds - which would make it hempseed oil. Hempseed oil and CBD oil are not the same thing, but if properly processed then hemp oil and CBD oil could potentially be the same thing.

This is a bit of a grey area, where certain sellers are selling seed oil and deliberately being misleading with their marketing, making it out to be the same as CBD oil. Furthermore, even if taken from the plant but not extracted properly, hemp oil may not contain CBD. This again comes down to purchasing your CBD oil from a reputable supplier who can verify the CBD content.

While they are both derived from the hemp plant, and both contain compounds that can promote wellbeing, hempseed oil does not contain any CBD.

Is It Legal To Grow CBD Plants In UK?

Although CBD oil might be growing in popularity, it is derived from a plant that is still illegal to grow hemp in the UK without a licence.

A common misconception is that cannabis plants are illegal while hemp plants are not, but this isn’t true. They’re actually the same plant, “hemp” being a nickname for low-THC cannabis - so it’s simply the cannabinoid content that varies between strains.

Hemp can only be grown in the UK under a specific license. This means you cannot grow cannabis or hemp plants in the UK, even if your intention is to use them to create your own CBD oil.

    Does CBD Make You Tired?

The effects of CBD are quite mild, so while some love to take it while relaxing at night, taking it during the day is unlikely to make you feel sleepy.

There are a number of plant-based products popular that can help to contribute to a more result night’s sleep - from valerian to chamomile tea. If you do notice CBD oil is making you feel sleepy during the day, you can simply reduce your dose accordingly.

Can I Travel With CBD Oil?

This all depends on where you are travelling to.

If you are travelling to the United States, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) guidelines indicate that travelling with any cannabis-infused product is prohibited.

However, these guidelines were recently updated to clarify that CBD products are allowed, provided they are approved by the FDA.

Before travelling, check that CBD is legal in the country you are visiting. You will also need to comply with airline rules around liquids in your hand baggage.

Can You Get Addicted To CBD?

CBD is a safe, non-intoxicating substance that does not have addictive properties.

CBD does not contain any THC, which is responsible for the “high” feeling experienced with cannabis products, and therefore is not psychoactive either.

Why Do You Perform Lab Tests?

By verifying the cannabinoid content in our products, we can ensure the quality remains consistent.

Furthermore, if we say there is 500mg of CBD in a product – we can actually prove it. Beware of any brand that cannot do this, which is why buying from individuals on social media is a minefield and a disaster waiting to happen.

We know of a company that purchased 4 CBD oils at an online auction site and none of them contained the stated CBD content.

Are There Side Effects Of CBD Or Hemp?

Side effects are extremely rare and mild if encountered.

Taking too much CBD too quickly may make you feel a little tired or give you loose bowels. If this happens take a little less for a while to allow your body to get used to the CBD.

    Does Hemp Milk Have CBD?

Hemp milk does not contain any CBD.

CBD only appears in the main parts of the female hemp plant, not the seeds. This is why hemp milk, mainly derived from seeds, does not contain any CBD.

    Is CBD Legal In Mexico?

CBD is legal and available in Mexico. In 2009, Mexico decriminalised possession of small amounts of medical marijuana. Since cannabis is legal in Mexico, CBD oil is also readily available online and in shops.

    Using CBD

Which CBD Product Should I Choose?

Our CBD Buyer's Guide has been created as an easy to understand guide for those who aren’t sure where to start.

Remember – more isn’t always better in the world of CBD, so it’s not about choosing the most expensive product. Starting in the middle of the range is always a good option for first-time users if your budget allows it.

How Do You Take CBD Oil?

There are a few different ways you can take CBD oil.

A full-spectrum CBD oil can be taken as drops under the tongue using a pipette or dropper.

To take CBD oil, you place drops of the oil under your tongue using the dropper provided.

The exact dose you require will vary depending on how long you have been using CBD oil and the effects you would like to achieve.
Leave the drops under your tongue for at least 2 minutes and then swallow.

You may notice a slightly earthy flavour. If you don’t like the flavour profile, you could try water-soluble CBD which can be added to hot and cold drinks.

    What Does CBD Do?

CBD is amazingly versatile and has a wide variety of benefits. It can be used by people from all walks of life - from those wanting to enhance their sports recovery to others who want to add some plant-based power to their general health and wellbeing routine.

As a CBD brand, we are not allowed to make any specific claims about what CBD can do, but the information is growing all the time and looks very promising.

Research is still ongoing into the benefits of CBD for the human body, but what is known is that CBD is similar in structure to endocannabinoids which are produced by the human body by the endocannabinoid system (ECS).

How Does CBD Make You Feel?

When it comes to how CBD will make you feel, your individual experience will be unique as CBD’s ability to adapt to each user means there is no standard response.

Since CBD does not contain any THC, it will not get you “high”, and it is very popular to take before bed or as you wind down for the evening. Being all-natural, CBD products can contribute to a feeling of wellbeing and help us have a healthy outlook.

    Does CBD Make You Sleepy?

While many people love using CBD as they relax, it shouldn’t cause drowsiness.

Many people naturally feel calmer when they use natural products in the evening, such as chamomile tea, but you don’t have to be worried about being drowsy or sleeping during the day while using CBD oil.

How Long Does CBD Take To Work?

This will vary from person to person, as we all react differently to CBD.

For some, one dose will suffice each day - or putting on something like a CBD patch can last 2-3 days.

However, for others, they find it works best spread out into 2-3 doses throughout the day. One of the most popular combinations is our AM/PM bundle, which gives you a product to take in the morning and another to take in the evening, combining the strengths of both to give the best effect.

In terms of how long a bottle of CBD lasts, again this depends on how much you use, but in our experience most users find a 10ml bottle can last 3-5 weeks.

    How Long Does CBD Last?

It all depends on the strength of your CBD oil and how much you take.

To give a rough idea, the effects of a typical strength CBD oil will last for around 2-6 hours. Most people will begin to feel the effects of CBD oil around 1-6 hours after taking it.

How Long Does CBD Stay In Your System?

It all varies from person to person. On average, the CBD will stay in your body between 2-5 days after taking it. How you take the CBD, how much CBD you take, and your size will all have an impact on how long CBD stays in your system.

    What Is CBD Tincture?

Traditionally, tinctures are drugs or supplements that are dissolved and delivered in an alcohol base. A popular example of this is Bach’s “Rescue Remedy”.

Instead of using something like co2 extraction, a CBD tincture is created by steeping parts of the hemp / cannabis plant in alcohol.

This creates a potent mixture that is typically more bitter than CBD oils. CBD tinctures should not contain THC, so they will not get you high.

Some people mistakenly refer to oil-based CBD blends as tinctures, but as we have established - a true tincture is in a base of alcohol.

Can You Put CBD Oil In Tea?

It isn’t a good idea to put CBD oil in tea, or any other drink, as oil and water do not mix. Instead, we would recommend a drinkable CBD product that can be added to hot and cold drinks.

Here’s a quick guide on how to make CBD tea.

How Do I Use CBD Products?

All our products come with full dose instructions, making them really easy to use.

Our CBD oil drops are taken by holding a few drops under the tongue for a couple of minutes before swallowing.

The Absorb water soluble CBD range
is perfect added to a hot or cold drink, although can be taken directly into the mouth too, and Hatcha can be added to any food or drink recipes for an extra hit of CBD.

And our topical CBD cream and CBD patches are designed to be used on the skin.

    Can I Vape CBD Products?

There are dedicated vape products on the market, but we do not recommend or produce them at CBD One.

While vaping may be better than smoking, to say it is good for your health is probably a bridge too far. We are only interested in improving your well-being.

The vast majority of CBD vape products also are made using CBD isolate, which we know is not as effective as using a quality full-spectrum product, which is another drawback.

Our advice would be to use a product from our Absorb range which only requires one dose per day and can be added to any drink.

    CBD Terminology

    What Is Full-Spectrum?

All our products use full-spectrum extracts, but what does this mean?

In Cannabis extract, there are hundreds of cannabinoids, terpenes and other compounds which all make up the plant. Each compound plays a part – as nature intended – in giving the final product its effectiveness and potency (see “what is the Entourage Effect”).

When we produce products using all of the compounds present, this is called “full-spectrum”.

It is well known and documented that full-spectrum products are more effective than “isolate” based products, or even “broad spectrum” CBD oils we are now seeing on the market.

Isolate based products means they use pure CBD – usually around 99% pure. This may sound impressive, but the white isolate powder used is a far cry from anything related to a plant. Isolate products are cheaper to produce and are simply not as effective.

As for “broad spectrum”, this usually means you’ll see a handful of cannabinoids present, but little else. Again, the drawback is these are not as nature intended and do not offer the quality and effectiveness of full-spectrum products.

    What Is The Entourage Effect?

The Entourage Effect describes the process where all parts of the Cannabis plant work together to increase effectiveness.

It is well documented that when single compounds (such as CBD isolate – pure CBD) are used, or an extract too heavily refined, the effectiveness is dramatically reduced.

If you see a CBD oil that looks like water or is clear like olive oil, this is a far cry from how nature intended. Our products may be darker and have a stronger smell than some, that is because we have potency and effectiveness in mind at all times.

An easy example to use would be to look at a team sport such as football, rugby or basketball. Individually, players may be great – but without working together with their teammates their chances of success are non-existent.

    What Are Terpenes?

Terpenes are the pungent oils that give cannabis its taste and smell and more than 100 have been identified. They serve the purpose of repelling predators and attracting pollinators.

Their ability to add flavour is one factor and the other is the fact that each one brings its own important therapeutic properties. It is believed that each terpene plays a different role in the effect of Cannabis.

    Some examples of terpenes:

    • Limonene – can elevate mood
    • Caryophyllene – can help protect the gastrointestinal tract
    • Myrcene – can aid sleep

    What Is Bioavailability?

The official definition for bioavailability is:

“The proportion of a drug or other substance which enters the circulation when introduced into the body and so is able to have an active effect"

Put simply, if you take 10mg of something and your body can only effectively absorb 5mg, that would be 50% bioavailable.

Oil-based and traditional CBD products have around a 10-12% bioavailability if taken under the tongue. This may sound low, but don’t be alarmed – they are still effective which is a testament to the power of the ingredients.

Swallowing traditional CBD oils, taking capsules or adding them to food & drink means the bioavailability drops to 3-4% if you’re lucky. In other words, it is not a good idea. For those wanting to add something to a drink or even food – any of our Absorb range is suitable and designed for this.

Products in our Absorb range use a special complex that is already in an “active” state and therefore can achieve near-perfect bioavailability.

This is why we consider them our most effective products, as your body can effectively use up to 10 times more of the ingredients.

    Health Questions

What Drugs Should Not Be Taken With CBD?

CBD may interact with some other medications you are taking. If you are unsure, always consult your doctor before you try CBD products. For example, check with your doctor if you’re taking any of the following:

    • Steroids
    • HMG CoA reductase inhibitors
    • Calcium channel blockers
    • Antihistamines
    • Prokinetics
    • HIV antivirals
    • Immune modulators
    • Benzodiazepines
    • Antiarrhythmics
    • Antibiotics
    • Anaesthetics
    • Antipsychotics
    • Antidepressants
    • Anti-epileptics
    • Beta-blockers
    • PPIs
    • NSAIDs
    • Angiotensin II blockers
    • Oral hypoglycemic agents
    • Sulfonylureas

    Can CBD Cause Anxiety?

While THC can sometimes cause anxiety, CBD doesn't and is usually very safe to take even if you are suffering from anxiety.

Since CBD is derived from the cannabis plant, it is often assumed that using CBD oil will have the same effect as smoking cannabis.

This isn’t the case, as CBD oil does not contain THC, which is the psychoactive compound often associated with negative side effects, including anxiety.

    Can CBD Cause Headaches?

While some people report headaches after taking CBD oil, this is more likely the result of poor quality CBD rather than a reaction to the compounds.

Some low-quality CBD oils are mixed with ethanol or isopropanol which some users may be sensitive to.

If you find you have headaches after trying CBD oil, it could be down to the exact formulation rather than the CBD content.

Does CBD Oil Lower Blood Sugar?

Research is still ongoing into the benefits of CBD oil for a range of conditions, including diabetes.

A 2016 study by Nottingham University researchers found that CBD in combination with another cannabinoid compound, tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) was effective in lowering blood sugar levels and increasing insulin production. [source]

    Is CBD Good For Glaucoma?

There is no evidence that CBD oil is good for glaucoma.

Research is ongoing into the impact of CBD on the body, including potential treatment for glaucoma.

Early studies have revealed that CBD oil may, in fact, increase blood pressure in the eye, and would, therefore, be unsuitable for those suffering from glaucoma. [source]

    Does CBD Affect Birth Control?

CBD oil shouldn’t have any effect on birth control, but if you’re unsure it’s always worth checking with your doctor.

With many different types of birth control available and many different kinds of CBD, there are obviously a number of variables to consider, but we haven’t heard of CBD causing any issues with birth control so far.

Is CBD Good For Nerve Pain?

Research into the positive impact of CBD on the human body is still ongoing. Due to this, there are no approved health claims for CBD and therefore, we cannot name any specific conditions.

With CBD being exceptionally safe to use many people have added it to their wellbeing arsenal in recent years. While not a treatment for nerve pain and inflammation, it should cause no complications.

    Does CBD Help With Nausea?

Research is still ongoing into the wide-reaching benefits of CBD oil.

Nausea can be caused by a wide variety of conditions and with CBD being a supplement and not a medicine, it is impossible to say whether it has any uses if you are suffering with nausea.

One thing we know is that CBD is safe and as an all-natural product, works very gently, so should be safe to take if you have nausea.

    Does CBD Thin Your Blood?

Research into the effects of CBD on the body is ongoing.

Some users report feeling more relaxed when taking CBD oil. Initial research suggests that CBD increases the body’s production of coumadin, which is a blood thinner.

This could be a concern for those with blood pressure problems. It is always best to consult a doctor if you are unsure how CBD will interact with your medication.

    Can CBD Help Sleep Apnea?

Research is ongoing into CBD oil, for sleep apnea sufferers finding the route cause is essential, and this should be discussed with a doctor or health professional.

CBD is used as a herbal health supplement to help promote our wellbeing. Initial studies have shown positive potential.

Many of the studies so far have looked at CBD when used alongside THC. More research is needed and is developing all the time.

    Can CBD Cause Hallucinations?

No, this would be incredibly unusual.

CBD does not contain any of the psychoactive compound THC, so it would be very irregular for CBD to cause hallucinations.

For CBD to be legal in the UK, it cannot contain levels of THC that would cause any psychoactive effect.

    Can CBD Cure Cancer?

As a supplement and not a medicine, CBD should not be looked upon as a type of treatment for any specific ailment, which includes cancer.

Furthermore, the Cancer Act 1939 makes it illegal for anyone to advertise a cure for cancer without the relevant medical research and proof - so be very wary of anyone who makes these potentially immoral and certainly illegal claims.

As research continues on cannabinoids including CBD, we shall find more out about any therapeutic potential it has.

    Can CBD Help Shingles Pain?

We know is that CBD can help to promote a feeling of wellness and can be used alongside diet and exercise to promote wellbeing, but research into specifics such as CBD for shingles pain is ongoing.

    Can CBD Lower Cholesterol?

Research into the benefits of CBD on the human body is still ongoing.

At the moment, there is no clinical evidence to suggest that CBD could lower cholesterol.

CBD is a food supplement that is used to help promote a sense of wellbeing. If you are committed to improving your health through diet and exercise, CBD could help you to achieve your goals.

    Can CBD Cause Heartburn?

Research into the impact of CBD on heartburn is ongoing. Initial studies do not suggest that it can cause heartburn. By far the most common cause of heartburn is our diet.

Those with chronic heartburn may suffer from scar tissue in the oesophagus. If you have heartburn as the result of taking CBD products, the carrier oil is more likely to blame. You may be sensitive to that particular blend.

    Can CBD Cause Panic Attacks?

While CBD might come from the same plant as THC, the effect on the body is very different.

THC is the compound responsible for an altered mental state, and in certain instances, this could trigger panic attacks, but this is of course dependent on the user.

Since CBD contains negligible levels of THC (by law) there is a low risk of developing panic attacks.

    Can CBD Cause Psychosis?

CBD will not cause psychosis and has been proven safe for many years already.

There are a number of studies ongoing looking into the effects of CBD on the human body, with some initial results showing CBD has a very different effect than those sometimes seen when THC is used. [source]

    Can CBD Cause Serotonin Syndrome?

There is little evidence to suggest a link between CBD and serotonin syndrome.

While some cannabinoids do bind to serotonin receptors, they only do so when taken in high concentration. The effects of CBD on the body are still being investigated.

If you are concerned about serotonin syndrome, you should consult a doctor before using any CBD products.

    Can CBD Help Autism?

Being a supplement and not a medicine, CBD does not have a specific medical application, though we know its excellent safety profile means many can try it without worrying about negative side effects.

CBD impacts different people in different ways.

Although the compound has been used for thousands of years, it is only in recent years that medical research is investigating the benefits of CBD.

    Can CBD Help Cataracts?

At the moment, there is no evidence to suggest that CBD can help those with cataracts.

Research is ongoing into the benefits of CBD products for human health, but there are no conclusive studies to suggest that CBD can help with cataracts.

    Can CBD Help Erectile Dysfunction?

While we know there are receptors as part of our endocannabinoid system in our sexual reproductive organs, any potential role for cannabinoids is yet to be established.

Research is still ongoing into many different areas on potential uses for CBD, and erectile dysfunction is a specialist area. With that in mind, we’d always recommend consulting your doctor to discuss the current treatment options available.

    Can CBD Help Psoriatic Arthritis?

The wide-reaching benefits of CBD on the human body are still largely unknown.

However we do know that CBD - being all-natural - is fantastic for the skin and like many other plant extracts, has become very popular in a new wave of natural skincare products. Each product is different and with something like psoriatic arthritis, it’s worth testing a small amount first to see how your skin reacts.

Thankfully, most people find CBD very gentle and even those with sensitive skin can enjoy adding it to their skincare routine.

    Can CBD Help With Asthma?

CBD is a food supplement that can be purchased over the counter to help promote our health and wellbeing naturally and is not intended as a treatment for something like asthma.

Of course, CBD may have a role to play in helping us maintain our health and research into the effect of cannabinoids on our respiratory system is ongoing. For example, it’s well known that smoking cannabis doesn’t harm our lungs in the way tobacco does - in fact some have claimed it does indeed help them.

If you have anything you are unsure about, we’d advise talking to your doctor first before taking any new supplement to ensure any existing medication won’t be affected.

Thankfully, CBD is generally well tolerated and most doctors do not have any concerns. [source]

Can CBD Help With Back Pain?

Back pain is a very broad term and there can be a number of things that ultimately result in back pain as a symptom. For example, for some it may be more of a structural issue that can be corrected, whereas for others long-term issues such as inflammation from an old injury can cause a host of problems.

There are many ways we can look at reducing inflammation naturally, for example with the foods we eat, and it’s always worth finding the root cause of our issues when it comes to something like back pain.

CBD is best used as a food supplement to help support a healthy lifestyle.

    Can CBD Help With Depression?

Our endocannabinoid system (ECS) has receptors all over the body, including the brain. We also know that omegas, which cannabis and hemp are extremely rich in, are fantastic for brain health.

Depression can differ from person to person and it’s always worth ensuring you have spoken to your health professional about the many different treatment options since often a combination of therapies alongside lifestyle improvements can make very positive differences.

Being all-natural with side effects rarely reported, many people can safely use CBD, for depression it’s a case of ensuring you are aware of all options available, introducing CBD as a way to add some plant-powered goodness to your routine. [source]

    Can CBD Make You Depressed?

CBD may come from the same plant as THC, but the effects on the body are very different.

While there has been occasional links between THC and depression, it’s a very individual thing and you’ll also find people who find THC helps improve their mood. Like many things in life, whenever there are negative side effects, there is often abuse or misuse involved.

For example, young and developing brains can react differently to THC and other people simply use far too much which can also cause issues.

Since most CBD products have only trace THC content, they do not have the potential to cause harm and can be used safely. [source]

    Can CBD Help With Lymphoma?

There is ongoing research into a variety of cannabinoids and their potential applications.

CBD oils are supplements that have not been designed to treat or cure any specific medical condition, so while usually safe to take - they should not be considered a treatment.

While there is an ever-growing appreciation for CBD oil, for lymphoma we would always suggest talking through the available treatments with your health professional.

    Can CBD Make You Hungry?

It’s true that the psychoactive compound found in THC can lead to an increase in appetite, but CBD does not have the same impact.

CBD interacts with the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) and this plays a role in regulating different body functions, including your appetite.

A 2012 study seemed to show that CBD reduced appetite in rats. [source]

Can I Use CBD With Chemotherapy?

While we regularly talk about CBD being an exceptionally safe supplement, it’s always worth checking with your doctor or consultant if you are undergoing chemotherapy.

Depending on the type, your consultant may be happy for you to take supplements - including CBD. However, it’s a very individual subject that requires specialist knowledge.

For example, some studies have shown that CBD can actually slow down the exiting of chemotherapy from the body, which is clearly not the desired outcome.
