Balance is best

We don’t do fad diets and detoxes. We eat healthy foods, we exercise, we practice mindfulness. We do what makes us feel good and don’t let big corporates dictate our lives. Our wellbeing, mental and physical, is everything.

You’ll find us with a pint or a vino on a Saturday, and a green juice every other day. We love a cuppa with friends and a jog around the park, but we won’t turn down a dinner party after dark.

From wild and rugged mountains and moorlands, to picture-perfect hedgerows and pebbled coasts, nature is all around us. We thrive on fresh air, a crisp morning stroll and memories made on a long summer day.

Looking after nature means a better world for our kids and their kids; so, we shop local, support sustainable businesses and get on our bikes. Little things, every day, to make the world a place we like.

Live gratefully

Trends and gimmicks aren’t built to last. We love quality and value integrity. We work hard for our dosh, but don’t need fancy things, the latest smartphone or designer clothes to feel good.

Happiness is in the simple things. A Sunday roast, warm socks hung over the radiator, a great book and getting stuck into the garden. Community is our backbone: we live for family, friends, and connection. We lean on each other and work to live, not live to work.
